The Ting Tings
The Ting Tings are an alternative pop duo which formed in 2004 in Salford, England and consist of Katie White (vocals, guitar, bass drums) and Jules De Martino (drums, vocals). They have released four singles on their current label Columbia Records UK, including the single That's Not My Name which charted straight at Number 1 in the UK Singles Chart on 18 May 2008. The album We Started Nothing was released on 19 May 2008 and also charted at Number 1 in the UK.

DJ KRUSH（ディージェイ クラッシュ、本名: 石(いし) 英明 1962年 - ）は、日本の茨城県生まれのDJ。 若い頃は暴力団員（金融関係）であったが、映画「ワイルドスタイル」に偶然出会いヒップホップに命をかけることになる。当時のヒップホップ創世記には、ディスコミキサーというべき機材はなく、現在の物とはかけ離れた位の大きさのミキサーに自作で取り付けたスイッチやLRのフェーダーを割り箸で繋げてDJをしていた。 1980年代後期からは原宿のホコ天にてCRAZY-A、B-FRESH、DJ KRUSHの実弟DJ BANG等とストリートで活動してきた。そこでMUROやDJ GOと知り合い、やがてKRUSH POSSEを結成し数多くのコンテストやライブに参加することになる。日本で初めてターンテーブルを楽器として操るDJとして注目を浴びる。 90年に差し掛かってきた頃から本人の音楽性に変化がおとずれる。もっと自分らしく、DJ一人でも表現出来るヒップホップをもがき苦しみながらも模索するうち、KRUSH POSSE解散をきっかけにその意欲はますます強まり、莫大な数のトラックを作りやがてそれがイギリスを拠点とする独創的レーベルで有名なMO'WAXのジェームス・ラベルの耳に止まる。時は同じくアメリカは西海岸にてDJ...
